"Tips & Hints"....... The right "Shape"

In case you haven't noticed, girls and boys are built different. (No kidding!). Women are narrower in the shoulder area and wider in the hip area while men are the opposite, wider in the sholders with narrower hips. So I guess we look great if we stand on our heads<LOL>.

I had gone through a lot to loose a lot of weight, and the last thing I ever thought I would do is add padding to "Increase" anything! However, once I did, and saw the results, I knew it was worth it. So to create a more feminine shape for myself, I had to increase my hip size, and reduce my waist size.

To reduce my waist a little more, I use a cincher that I bought many years ago. This tightens everything up a little and creates a nice look. You can buy a cincher from almost anywhere, from Sears to your favorite lingerie shop, and they can range from $35 to the hundreds, depending on design and fabric etc.

There are commercialy made hip pads available, which I now wear. A panty-girdle with foam inserts, shaved to the right shape, and when worn with my cincher, really creates a nice shape.

To make some hip pads that are not expensive, I bought a few pairs of large shouder pads, which are shaped like a large "D", and sewn them back to back, creating a large oval. Making one large set and one smaller set for each side, then placing the smaller set under the larger set and sewing them into the sides of a pair of panties in the right spot.

I was totaly amazed at how much of a difference a few inches makes, to the point where I am even comfortable wearing spandex!!! the photo at the right is of me wearing the home-made pads:-)

Something to remember, which realy helps me with my confidence level, is that many GG's don't look like they should either, and need a little help, just like this too.

Hope some of these suggestions helps you creat the shape you want too*S*
