A Visit to the "Drive-In"...
For so long, my outings were limited to going for long drives of for walks to experience the world while en fem, or at least my little corner of it :-) Although I really enjoy just being dressed in pretty or sexy clothing, there are a lot of times that I wished I could do more than stare at the mirror, and have always wanted to get out and do something!
The urges to do more are stronger at some times and one night, in the early 80's, I was out for one of my long drives when I passed the line up at the drive-in movie. Somehow, I got this incredible urge to get in line and I did!! I had always avoided close contact with people when out, so I'm not realy sure why I did it. I remember being realy nervous as I approached the wicket and paid for the movie. I thought all was going really well untill I made the big mistake and said "Thank you!", in an obvious male voice. THAT got the heads turning and I'll bet my face was so red you couldn't tell where the lipstick ended!!! Way back then, that was something I never thought of! My voice!!!! I did drive into the theater and stayed for the show and to this day I can't remember the movie!! I do remember being in my comfort zone, looking around and feeling like I was realy "out" somewhere.
After leaving that night, the contact at the ticket window always haunted me, and kept me back from trying anything else anytime soon. Once I got home and changed, and relfected on what I had done, the ever present guilt would kick in and tell me never again! The clothes went away for a while, until the next time :-)
