Shopping with Shandi "For Real!"...
Going to the mall has been a lot of fun the times I've gone alone, but this shopping trip was going to be special, because Shandi was coming alone too:-) I decided to wear my new purple stripped sweater, my black mini skirt, black hose and sensible pumps. It was a beautiful sunny day with little wind, and such a great day to be spending it as a girl!
I met with Shandi in the afternoon. She was wearing a black mini skirt, a nice tight top, and strappy heels:-) Oh, and her leather jacket. She looked terrific!! So there we are, two good looking sexy girls on our way to the mall!!
We got to Polo Park Shopping Centre, parked in the lot at the east side of the building and walked right in. It was GOD! It felt terrific! There we were two chics in mini skirts and heels walking around the mall with only passing glances, and not one uneasy feeling. We walked around the main level for a while, just enjoying being girls, then took the escalator to the second level and kept walking. We passed hundreds of people, made eye contact with dozens, and not one bad feeling:-) Such a wonderful experience. We peeked into a few shops and looked around, and spent some time in Payless Shoes:-) I tried on a pair of knee high boots, that fit really nice, and thought about buying them for a while. They were $ 59.95, and I didn't feel right using my bank card, so off to a bank machine we went. I withdrew some cash, then we just kept on walking.
Pictures!!! Shandi took a picture of me standing in the middle of Polo Park!! The I took her picture too*S* At the centre court, we sat on a bench and had a wonderful chat. People walking past all around us, yet we felt invisible:-)
We left the centre court and walked back to Payless Shoes. I wanted those boots!!! After all, a girl can't go to the mall without buying something right?? Anyway, we get back to the store and I pick up the box and walk to the counter where we get in line behind other customers:-) Shandi and I stood in line, two sexy looking girls in mini skirts!! We were talking to, in softer voices, and I even talked with the sales girl when she asked if I wanted polish for them! We left the store and it felt terrific to be out shopping as a girl, something I never thought would be possible. It was really hard to figure out if we were really passing, or were we just being accepted. Either way, it was such a wonderful feeling.
Shandi wanted to say hi to a GG she knows who works in at the cosmetics counter, so into the store we went. The girl was with a customer and the very second she saw Shandi her face lit up with a big smile and she said a big happy "HI". Shandi acknowledged she was with a customer, and just said she wanted to say hello:-) That was so cool, standing at the cosmetics counter of a major department store, and all made up myself:-)
I told Shandi about the sexy dress I bought last Saturday, so she wanted to see it. Off to Zellers we walked. Right into the department store! We found the clearance rack, but they didn't have the dress style at that store. So, like typical girls, we left the mall and drove all the way across the city to the Zellers I bought mine from. We parked and walked right into the building, then right to the rack!! Yes, they did have the dresses:-) Shandi liked it, but decided on a black one instead*S* !! She will look great wearing it too:-) There we were, in the woman's clothing department, looking at dresses, just being girls!! People walking all around us and still not one bad experience! We walked to the cashier, where Shandi paid for her dress, 50% of the already marked down price of $ 25! A great deal for $ 12.50:-) Shandi was very happy to also have a souvenir of our shopping day, which really made it official! We are both "seasoned shoppers"<giggle>!
OK, now what? Shandi said she was getting hungry and suggested some place where we could eat without messing our makeup:-) I suggested Fries and a Coke at McDonalds, and Shandi said she would be comfortable with that, so off we went. Such a wonderful day we were having.
At the McDonalds, we parked and walked right into the building!! I placed our order, fries, cokes and a sundae for Shandi:-) Shandi picked out a table near the door, which put us in plain view of anyone walking into the building! No one seemed to notice, or pay any attention to us as we sat there speaking and enjoying our snack. After eating, Shandi set her camera on a divider and use the self timer to take a picture of us sitting at the table:-)
After leaving McDonalds, we still had time before Shandi wanted to be home, so we stopped to say hello to Mary at Lady Godiva, but she wasn't there, so off we went to Assiniboine Park.
We parked near the duck pond, got out and walked up to the fence near the pond to see all the ducks and geese in the water and on the shore. It was so special, being girls out enjoying such a beautiful day! Then we walked into the English Gardens, where there were no flowers at this time of year, but walking on the pathways was very pretty with all the golden leaves on the trees and on the ground. Shandi took a picture of me, and I of her, then she took some of both of us:-) There were lots of people walking around and it was such a pleasant experience, being pretty in a pretty place and feeling so comfortable. While Shandi was getting frustrated with her camera trying to use the self timer, a guy was walking near us who had a fancy camera on a strap around his neck. I thought he would offer to take the picture for use, but all he did was stay politely out of the way, then keep walking after the picture was taken. As we were leaving the park, Shandi got a call from her SO. We had more girl-stuff to do! Stop at McDonalds on the way home and pick up dinner!! It was so much fun being out and doing real stuff:-) We stopped a a McDonalds drive thru near where Shandi lives and entered the drive-thru. I ordered from the girl at the personal service window, then picked up the order from the guy at the pick up window. Neither one seemed to guess. A few blocks later, we arrived at Shandi's place and said our good bye's, till next time. Shandi looked so happy walking to the house, and I'm sure she had fun reliving the day, sharing it with her SO:-)
This was about 6:30 PM, and I was feeling so very happy and feminine that I just wanted to keep being a girl! I stopped and put on my new boots, and figured now I needed to take them for a test drive!! So off to another mall!!! I drove to St. Vital Center, a mall I've never yet been to en femme, got out of my vehicle, put on my jacket, then walked right into the mall. Back at the shoe store, I thought the heels of the boots were a little on the high side, but Shandi assured me they looked great and that the height coupled with my height wouldn't be a problem. I walked into the mall and just cassualy stopped to peek in a few shops, just enjoying being a "very tall" girl out shopping:-) Nobody seemed to notice, no one took second glances, nothing. I felt so comfortable and so alive!! Feeling so good about myself and thinking of all the possibilities that are opening up to me! After about half an hour, I left and headed for home, dreaming of my next adventure!
